Refund Conditions
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for a full refund.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping; therefore, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened personal care products or sealed items with broken seals) cannot be returned or refunded once opened, unless defective.
